Health Minister Jean-Yves Duclos defended the government鈥檚 continued use of the ArriveCan app on Thursday. He said that while it was originally developed to help monitor vaccine status during the COVID-19 pandemic it is 鈥渋ncreasingly鈥 being used to speed up entry through customs into Canada.
