Manitoba’s Education and Early Childhood Learning Minister Wayne Ewasko announced on Thursday the province will collaborate with the Winnipeg Chamber of Commerce to help newcomers find reliable child care. Ewasko says the pilot project will expand the Newcomer Employment Hub, an online employment resource, to accommodate reliable child care to help parents who are seeking jobs.
