"We don't want to have Winnipeg known as a derelict housing capital of Canada."
Bylaw officers, fire and police are now teaming up to try to deal with 615 properties that fall under the Vacant Buildings Bylaw.
Advocate Sel Burrows talks about the ongoing community push to address the issue.
