Public information officer Dani McKinnon with the Winnipeg police announced on Thursday that investigators have identified two suspects responsible for a string of violent crime in Point Douglas. McKinnon says police have arrested and charged a 15-year-old with second degree murder and aggravated assault while another youth of undisclosed age remains at large. A Canada-wide warrant has been issued for the same charges as the suspect in custody.
