Global Winnipeg's Brittany Greenslade spoke to Edmonton's Deputy Fire-Public Safety Chief Rob McAdam on Thursday about how Edmonton is handles long-standing vacant properties that draw crime. McAdam says Edmonton uses a three tiered approach in cooperation with city to ensure property owners remain accountable and their buildings aren't breached.
