The Canadian National Exhibition (CNE) is back in Toronto after a two-year pandemic hiatus, and with its return, small businesses that struggled throughout the closure. 鈥淎s much as this is a generational business for me and a family business, it鈥檚 also something that is an experience that generations have gone to the CNE and enjoyed,鈥� said Sam Scanga, the owner of several food booths.
