Two people died after a seven-storey building under construction collapsed in Nigeria’s commercial capital Lagos in the early hours of Sunday, with rescue efforts underway to find survivors, according to the Lagos State Emergency Management Agency. 鈥淭he top floor fell first,鈥 eyewitness Segun Awokoya said. 鈥淲e were all trapped inside the lodge with dust everywhere, we couldn鈥檛 breathe.鈥
