Ontario Education Minister Stephen Lecce says he won't negotiate the details of a counteroffer from the Canadian Union of Public Employees' (CUPE) education workers unless they cancel plans to walk off the job on Friday. 鈥淭ake the threat off the table and let鈥檚 talk,鈥 he said in a news conference on Wednesday.
