At his swearing-in ceremony Friday, B.C.'s new premier David Eby said he is honoured and humbled by the work John Horgan has done for the people of B.C. He said he is not as tall as everyone may think because he is standing on the shoulders of John Horgan, who accomplished so many things during his time in office.
