At the beginning of 2020, Moirae Choquette got a scholarship to visit Italy and study with world-renowned chef David Chang. She was about to embark on the journey of a lifetime when the pandemic hit. Now, this Indigenous entrepreneur has launched her own company and pivoted from food to wine. Choquette joined ÌÇÐÄ´«Ã½ Morning Edmonton to share her love of Lambrusco Wine.
