Description
December 13, 2022
City of Winnipeg crews brought heavy equipment to a space once occupied by a temporary encampment on Higgins Avenue on Tuesday. The crews gathered remaining structures that had suffered fire damage earlier this month. Police were also in attendance to supervise the operation.
