Winnipeg fire crews responded to an apartment fire on Sherbrook Street at approximately 1:40 a.m. on Thursday. Platoon Chief Dan Tomchuk said initially 25 residents required alternate accommodations but that number was reduced to seven as some tenants were able to return to their suites.
