Saskatchewan Waste Reduction Council executive director Joanne Fedyk reacted on Tuesday to a mountain of boxes deposited at the Lakewood recycling depot. Fedyk said the heap of cardboard indicates depot patrons need to consider recycling etiquette, and companies should take into account the excess material used in the packing process.
