Saskatchewan NDP finance critic Trent Wotherspoon reacted on Wednesday to the 2023 tabled budget saying that despite windfall revenues the province can’t resolve its debt. Wotherspoon continued that Saskatchewan would rather establish its own revenue agency that invest in health care, classrooms and its people.
