Air Canada flight disruptions stemming from a 鈥渢emporary technical issue鈥 continued into Friday, following more than 500 delays and cancellations across the company鈥檚 network the day prior. Plus, recent staffing shortages and hour cuts are raising alarm bells for families across not just Ontario, but the entire nation as emergency rooms continue to close and summer creeps up. Also, Bill 96 was passed to help slow the decline of the French language across Quebec, however, it鈥檚 making life for English speakers tougher as services 鈥 including schools and helplines 鈥 are required, in most cases, to communicate in French only. Additionally, Russia fired at least 36 missile and drone strikes on Kyiv Thursday. Despite the continued assault on their capital, Ukraine鈥檚 military is training consistently with other NATO countries鈥 military forces, preparing for a counteroffensive. Also, as parents across Canada continue to grapple with a persistent infant formula shortage, there is hope on the horizon after Health Canada approved a product made in France. Laboratoire Modilac, a range of products made in France, should be on store shelves this month.
