Saskatchewan’s lead horticulturist discusses annual flower planting operation

Saskatchewan’s Provincial Capital Commission horticulture supervisor Steven Weir detailed this year’s flower planting operations on Tuesday. Weir said the crew will plant some fig trees this year, in addition to 30,000 flowers with a purple palette.
