The city of Montreal says it’s ready to kick off construction on another stretch of Ste-Catherine street. The main drag for downtown shopping is only just recovering from three years of orange cones and machinery blocking shops and sidewalks. As Gloria Henriquez reports, the city says the inconvenience will pay off with an all new look and feel.
