Another day of cool temperatures and good firefighting conditions, allowed for significant progress on the Kelowna-area fires. Kelowna’s fire chief says he’s hopeful all of the evacuated residents of the city will be able to go home Thursday — while in West Kelowna — it’s going to be a very active day on the fire line.
