Antonio Ortega’s tiki bar in the Lake Okanagan Resort was a big hit before it burned to the ground. But Ortega, who is co-owner of Two Brothers Mexican Restaurant in West Kelowna, did not wallow in his loss. Instead he started to cook to help feed those working on the front lines of the fire fight.
